I’m a holistic health coach based in St Albans, dedicated to empowering others to take control of their health through online personalised coaching. My approach focuses on helping you find a wellness path that aligns with your lifestyle and goals, using nutrition, exercise and stress management techniques to support both mental and physical well-being.

My journey into holistic health began with my own health challenges. I was able to transition away from conventional medicine by implementing lifestyle changes, managing my health naturally, and finding sustainable ways to thrive. I dedicated time and energy in order to achieve the fitness and health goals that I desired. Now, I’m here to help others experience similar transformations.I am a certified Health Coach and a Nutrition and Wellbeing Advisor for the organisation, Health and Independent Living Support. In addition to my certifications, I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and fine-tuning my knowledge to provide you with the best guidance possible on your holistic wellness journey.
